Our terms 


Afrocanfit Solutions has no refund policy on all digital products. Once purchase for any digital product has been made and is successful, it is 100% non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a refund of physical products, the item must be defective, damaged, or does not fit prior to use. To initiate a return, please email service@afrocanfit.com

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you shall receive your funds using the method used during payment within 5-7 business days.

If we determine that any item/s are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the item/s will be returned to you. For any inquiries about this, send an email to service@afrocanfit.com


Afrocanfit will only replace items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit. If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, please email service@afrocanfit.com.

Sale Items

All discounted items are final and unfortunately will not be refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or do not fit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.


Only 1 coupon can be applied during checkout. Coupons are only restricted to regular priced items and therefore cannot be applied to items on sale.


The links to the digital products will expire after 15 days from purchase. Should you wish to get access to the link again, please contact us via service@afrocanfit.com.


All challenges created by Afrocanfit are purely generic. That means they are general and open to everyone at any physical level. These are not tailored to your specific goals but if you are seeking to lose fat, then our challenges are good to participate in. If you require a personalised plan, send an email to coach@afrocanfit.com.

All challenges that have a competitive side to it are solely organised by Afrocanfit. Afrocanfit can choose to partner with other companies for a particular competition but under Afrocanfit’s terms. Any competitions designed by Afrocanfit will only be announced on social media and Challenge website challenge.afrocanfit.com.

One-on-One Virtual Coaching

Afrocanfit’s health and nutrition coaching is strictly life coaching and in no way offer any medical advice, engage in patient diagnosis or practice therapy. Please seek medical advise from a licensed professional or therapist. If you need a specific meal plan, please seek the advice of a licensed Nutritionist.

Our role is to encourage, coach and/or act as a facilitator of a client’s self-reflection, decision making, and creating healthy and lasting life changes. Also, it is to guide you through these changes, help you understand what is necessary to achieve your fitness goals, and create a form of an accountability relationship to keep you on track.

Afrocanfit in no way guarantees results but with a certain level of consistency, discipline, and patience on the client’s end, goals can be achieved.

All fees agreed upon will need to paid at the start of the coaching cycle.


Afrocanfit reserves the right to decide how prizes will be allocated, distributed, and received by winners if any prizes are to be available.

Your health and lifestyle is what is a priority to Afrocanfit and therefore the prizes or competitions are secondary and may or may not be available at any given time.


Afrocanfit will not be held responsible should any complications arise. This program is created in good faith and is simply providing guidance and structure for the best results. Please seek medical attention from a health professional if you are not sure whether you can engage in aggressive physical activity.
